How long does it take to set up Snowy Care?
Most centers are up and running within 30 minutes. Our onboarding wizard guides you through adding your staff, enrolling children, and configuring your center’s specific requirements.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. All data is backed up daily. We follow COPPA guidelines and industry security best practices.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your data and can export it at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON). When you cancel, your data is available for download for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Do you offer training?
Yes. All plans include a guided onboarding wizard and built-in documentation. The Professional plan includes priority support to help get your center up and running.
Can I try it before committing?
Absolutely. We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start your trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is Snowy Care compliant with state regulations?
Yes. We’ve built state-specific compliance resources covering staff ratios, health requirements, and documentation standards. The system automatically tracks expirations and alerts you to compliance issues before they become problems.
Can parents access the system?
Yes. Parents get their own secure login to view their child’s daily reports, photos, attendance history, and billing statements. They can also message teachers and update emergency contacts.
